Escape with MJ Travel is an independent travel advisory. Planning fees, where applicable, are quoted in writing before work begins and are earned once planning starts.

Quotes, availability, and pricing are not guaranteed until deposits are received and confirmations are issued by the supplier. Prices may change due to supplier availability, taxes, or currency movement.

Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, entry requirements, vaccinations, and arriving on time for all travel arrangements.

Website content, itineraries, photography, and digital guides are the property of Escape with MJ Travel and are for personal use only.

Escape with MJ Travel acts as an intermediary between travelers and independent suppliers. We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, delays, or cancellations of airlines, hotels, ground operators, or any other supplier.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended on every trip, including coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, medical care, and evacuation.

Destination information, timing guidance, and recommendations on this site are shared in good faith and may change. Always confirm current entry, health, and safety requirements before departure.

Cancellation and change terms are set by each supplier and are provided in writing with your booking confirmation. Deposits are typically non-refundable.

Planning and service fees charged by Escape with MJ Travel are non-refundable once planning has begun.

Hosted group trips follow the specific deposit and payment schedule published for that trip. Missed payment deadlines may result in the release of your seat.
