Trip Details & Terms
Travel Information
Arrive Denpasar (DPS) on June 23, 2027 and depart June 30, 2027. Group airport transfers are provided within the scheduled arrival and departure windows shared with confirmed travelers.
Passport Information
A passport valid at least six months beyond your return date with blank visa pages is required. Entry requirements for Indonesia remain the traveler's responsibility.
Travel Insurance
Strongly recommended and not included. All payments are non-refundable, so insurance is your protection against illness, delays and the unexpected.
Dietary & Special Accommodations
Confirmed travelers complete a Bali Traveler Profile where dietary restrictions, allergies, mobility considerations and special requests are collected in advance.
WhatsApp Group
A private Bali 2027 WhatsApp group opens closer to departure for packing notes, flight coordination and day-of updates.
Guest Responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for airfare, valid documentation, arriving on schedule, personal expenses and adhering to the group itinerary and local customs.
Cancellation Terms
Deposits and all monthly payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Missed payments may result in the release of your room. Final payment is due June 1, 2027.

Is airfare included?+
No. International airfare is booked separately. Flight recommendations and preferred arrival windows are shared with confirmed travelers.
What passport requirements apply?+
Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your return date with blank visa pages. Indonesia's entry requirements are the traveler's responsibility.
Do I need travel insurance?+

Can I request a specific roommate?+
Yes. Share your companion's name during the reservation step and we will pair your rooming request when both deposits are received.
